We provide the service of reporting repo trades executed on TBSPs to the SFTR trade repository operated by KDPW. In order to use the service, the following messages have to be generated and transmitted to KDPW_CCP (provided that both are required for the account):
- acmt.rqc.001.03 [NKK instruction] with completed LEI
- acmt.rqa.002.02 [clearing account instruction] with completed field 3.3.6 = Y [this means: Authorisation for reporting by the CCP]
Note! The sequence of actions is crucial when sending the messages. It is not possible to process a reporting consent without first completing the data for NKK, in particular the LEI code. In addition, an application must be submitted to KDPW_CCP as per Template 23.
