KDPW and KDPW_CCP CEO Named Manager of the Year
CEO of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) and the clearing house KDPW_CCP Maciej Trybuchowski has received the Manager of the Year 2025 award from the “Home & Market” magazine. The awards have been presented to more than a dozen representatives of companies and institutions in diverse Polish business sectors.
The annual “Manager of the Year” report awards those business leaders who, through their work, vision and commitment, set the direction of development in their industries. The awards from the monthly magazine “Home & Market” go to managers who not only effectively run their companies but also implement innovations, build lasting relationships with the market, and inspire others to action. In a dynamic and demanding economic reality, these managers know how to make the right decisions and create value with business objectives and social responsibility in mind.
The editors’ laudation for Maciej Trybuchowski highlighted his effective leadership of a key capital market institution in Poland, innovative risk management, and consistent strengthening of the stability and security of clearing systems.
Maciej Trybuchowski has been active in the Polish financial market for more than 30 years. He has served as CEO of KDPW since 2018 and as CEO of KDPW_CCP since 2019.
