Information on clearing operations on 30 December 2022

Further to the National Bank of Poland letter to participants in the Sorbnet2 and Target2-NBP systems  indicating 16:00 as the end time of the operational day for the execution of payment orders on 30 December 2022 and in connection with KDPW S.A. Resolution No. 1398/2021 of 25 November 2021 limiting the settlement of DVP settlement orders to two sessions (10:30 and 13:00) on 30 December 2022,we kindly request our Clearing Members to pay special attention on that day to securing the financial needs regarding transaction limitsfor your cleared transactions concluded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and BondSpot as well as OTC derivatives, and to note the limited possibility of posting collateral with KDPW_CCP in the form of Treasury bonds after 13:00.
