Business continuity tests with Participants
On 14 October 2023 KDPW_CCP S.A. in partnership with KDPW S.A., Warsaw Stock Exchange and BondSpot are planning to run the business continuity tests with their Participants.
The tests will check the KDPW_CCP and KDPW solutions and procedures put in place to ensure business continuity in the case of a contingency. Periodic tests, including tests with Participants, are required from the perspective of applicable law and generally accepted standards.
Please note that § 32 of the Rules of Transaction Clearing (organised trading) and § 36 of the Rules of Transaction Clearing (non-organised trading) require all clearing members to take part at least once per year in the Business Continuity Planning System test organised by KDPW_CCP.
