Experienced manager and leader in the fields of IT, cybersecurity, technology management, and organisational transformation.

He started his professional career at the Department of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (WAT), developing his expertise in computer science, ICT systems, and technology management. Between 1998 and 2003, he worked at the Social Security Institution (ZUS), holding managerial positions in IT-related areas; from 2001 to 2003, he served as Member of the ZUS Management Board responsible for IT.

From 2003 to 2005, he served as Managing Director for IT and Communications at InfoMonitor BIG S.A. From 2006 to 2013, he was Director of the IT and Telecommunications Department at KRUS. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Manager at KPMG, whilst concurrently working as Consultant at the World Bank from 2013 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2023, he worked with Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A., where he served as Director of Strategy and IT Development, and subsequently as Director of the Process Integration and Organisation Office. From 2023 until mid-2026, he served as Director of the Security Management Department at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).

He is a graduate of the Department of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, where he obtained his Doctor of Engineering degree, specialising in systems engineering. He completed an MBA programme in cybersecurity management and a postgraduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He is also a graduate of the Institute of Mathematics at the Polish Academy of Sciences and has participated in multiple international courses and training programmes in IT, project management, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
