E-invoices – amendment of the contents of the declaration

KDPW_CCP has amended the contents of the declaration of acceptance of electronic invoices by accommodating comments raised by participants, in particular by deleting the provisions of items 6 and 7.

If participants decide to use electronic invoices, they should submit a copy of the declaration form (Form No. 10, for organised trading, Form No. 20 for non-organised trading), completed and signed by the participant’s duly authorised representatives, in writing to the address of KDPW_CCP S.A. (4 Książęca Street, 00-498 Warsaw, Poland). The new method of issuing and distributing invoices will apply to all invoices issued by KDPW_CCP for services provided to participants.
