How to use the service

Reporting is delegated to KDPW_CCP as follows:

  1. the Clearing Member submits a written declaration delegating the Member’s reporting obligation (section (i) of template 24) - for organised trading, template 12 - for OTC trading for designated of own position and client position clearing accounts (section (ii) of template 24) - for organised trading, template 12 - for OTC trading, and in organised trading Brokers concluding transactions on request of their clients (section (iii) of template 24
  2. the Clearing Member sends dedicated XML messages delegating reporting for clearing accounts (including Client accounts, Clearing Member’s own position accounts, Brokers’ own position accounts):
    • the clearing account is flagged for reporting (message acmt.rqa.002.02 Clearing account instruction);
    • additional NKK information is provided (acmt.rqc.001.03 NKK instruction).

If additional information is provided for NKK of all Clients of a Member who have the reporting obligation, such information is automatically sent by KDPW_CCP in reports provided to KDPW_TR for the Member as the other counterparty identification.

On written request of a clearing member template no. 27 for organised trading, template no. 25 for non-organised trading, KDPW_CCP shall, at the end of each quarter, provide a declaration of performance, according to the applicable legal provisions, of the obligation of reporting transactions to a trade repository for the transactions indicated by the member in the request.
 

Important! LEIs are used to identify counterparties in the process of reporting of trades in derivatives to a trade repository. LEI is a 20-character alphanumeric globally unique legal entity identifier issued by numbering agencies accredited by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation.
