KDPW_CCP is working to develop a clearing house for OTC derivative instruments.
KDPW_CCP will perform the following functions:
- clearing OTC transactions;
- managing clearing risk;
- supporting settlements in external systems;
- operating a repository of OTC derivative transactions;
- operating a clearing guarantee system.
